Amount scammed: 7,99$

 

Additional Information: Keeps delaying, slow responses, first time this happens. Even wrote here on his thread. He probably is unable to upgrade.

 

Solution: either proceed with upgrade ( stopped working and need new from lifetime) or refund back to paypal account ( the original payment was paypal )

Hey Lucas!

I need to refund through Litecoin, I do not have a way to send through PayPal at the moment.
We (me & the person who handles my support) are trying our best to take care of all the support requests - some are extremely delayed (that being a few days), we have been refunding orders that are unable to be re-upgraded or replaced & etc.

Is it possible at all for me to refund through LTC? Or will I have to find a way to refund through PayPal.

If the customer is willing to take LTC that's fine, otherwise he can wait until you are able to refund him with PP.
