I bought several accounts from Wooloo. Unfortunately, none of them can process orders. You can log in to the accounts, but processing orders is not possible. Everything was done exactly as in his instructions, proxies purchased through his instructions, orders made through the browser he suggests in the instructions, cookies imported, and unfortunately, these accounts are useless at the moment. Orders are canceled, and the money is refunded to the payment card I used for the order. I did everything as stated in his order instructions. Orders ranging from $20-30 and above, but none go through. The first Platinum package account was blocked by Amazon. The remaining purchased accounts behave the same way; I am unable to order anything through his accounts. Different order addresses, different payment methods, etc. I didn't want to post here, but he hasn't responded to my messages since November 16th. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but his support is nonexistent. I spent $330 on his accounts, and unfortunately, it's money wasted at the moment. Not to mention that he promotes buying two accounts with one free, and I placed two such orders on his website (2+1), but I didn't receive a single free account. I am interested in support on how to use them precisely because doing everything in his instructions does not work.

I don't need a refund; I admit I might have messed up one or two accounts myself. However, what I'm more interested in is exchanging one last GOLD account and the free accounts that I should have received. MOST IMPORTANTLY, I need support to be able to place an order—this is the fundamental reason for buying these accounts from him.
