Additional Information: He probably sent me fake refund proof and I paid him ! The customer still didn't get the money back + he doesn't want to return acc as he promised.

I also got multiple messages of people saying that he is sending fake refund pictures and doesn't want to use @Lucas middleman. HE IS PROBABLY BUYING TIME

First of all, good morning, Angel contacted me to make a refund, which I did.

He gave me access to the account, I entered the account, changed my password and email to some temporary data, after that I refunded and showed all the proof to the angel, he paid me the fee and I deleted my client from the undetected browser, in short I no longer have access to any data from that account.

The client showed a printout of his Revolut account with a refund of 50 euros or 20 euros, that was clearly a photoshop on the client's part, he just doesn't want to pay the fee, I already said that I would like the angel to create a group between me, the client and the angel to resolve this, but he just says no.

I told the angel that I would not deliver the bill to avoid showing the method in the chat, he agreed and paid the fee.

That's completely false, I said I wouldn't return the account, like many other services do.

I never refused but the guy just deleted the messages and wanted to get away without paying

You should not delete the account if you took over it. If the agreement was that you would return the account to angel after he paid, then you need to return the account to him. You can't just take over it and claim you forgot the email. returning the account is your responsibility now.

the agreement was never to return the acc I always said I wouldn't return it, if I did I want proof

the problem here is not the account @Lucas  

The problem is that his client doesn't want to pay and is now asking for the acc
