And yeah, that won't help someone retarded, and people play better or worse depending on their own setup.

Personally i play in 4/3 Stretched, some play With 16/9, All high settings or not. so basically, some will benefit from the config, some won't. but config will never help someone to aim better. training (eh or hacks ...) will help to aim better.
