Amount scammed: Products cost €5753 and missing a refund that never went through worth €1575 AND another refund never went through where he told me to NOT return the package after I asked him multiple times he said it was done/finished and all I had to do was wait.

So I am back with the same scam report since nothing has been done since last time. What happened last was that we were going to have to "sort it out" by being compensated but I have not. Instead I have had to have contact with Rekks drop person that somehow got my initial order sent out to the wrong drop customer and I never got anything from those products and no compensation. I was first promised that his drop person would order products to himself and refund them and then send them to me but that has not happened and instead they want me to put in orders which I have tried but they did not succeed or were cancelled. The issue is that I can not place any orders on big sites since I am all banned and have no money for that and none of my customers that usually place orders want to place any either since they dont trust this anymore for all the issues there has been. So what has happened? Nothing. I have to keep chasing both Rekk and his drop person and nothing is being done.
Me and Rekk agreed that I would be compensated by his drop ordering the products to himself and refunding them then sending them out to me but this didnt happen. Then we agreed that ok ill place new orders to get that as compensation but many have failed and I am unable to place orders anymore at the moment for money reasons, time reasons and that I am unable to open accounts on some sites that ship to my country.
Whats new:
I placed a new order on ray-ban worth €1090 and Rekk was going to refund it/replace it for me. I asked him multiple times if I should return the package since the return date was about to hit and he said no dont return it multiple times since he was in the middle of refunding and it was about to finish, what happens? He ghosts me after the return date is ended and I am stuck here now with a package and money out of pocket. Ok, so I then place new orders on gymshark and he refunds them but still wants me to pay €250 fee to "cover his expenses" I do that and everything works out fine for those orders. I am still stuck with the ray-ban package. He kept saying that the refund was in process and then that he secured a replacement package that I could receive and then just return for the refund. But I never got any emails or anything and I told him about this but he said that it was done and it should come out. This is all in the screenshots I sent to Lucas. The way I see it with this is that he should compensate me for the value I spent on the product since he said not to return.
Also why should I have to chase them both down to get an answer. Everytime I have to chase them down for answers or fixes which sometimes takes days to get a response. I have tried placing new orders to be refunded by his drop contact as a compensation but I am unable to as I mentioned above and Rekk has no ideas on how to compensate me yet at the same time he posts hundreds of vouches every week in his chat.
Why should I have to keep the ray-ban order for something he has lied about and not fixed. Like here I am placing compensation orders and I lose out on even more money and he tells me to "Take the L on it" after he messes up and tells me its being refunded. Im down to sending him the ray-ban package and him sending me money worth of the order that way he can handle the return or having to sell them off to get a % back. I dont think I should have to put all my time into this shit to do this considering what he has said/promised in dms.
The products from amazon.be cost €5753 and the missing refunds are €1575. Ray-ban order cost €1090.
I want to end by saying I have been a long time customer of Rekk since before he had his own service and was doing orders for another refunders service and always have been paying him the service fees on time with no issues. I dont think this is the right way to treat your customers at all when it comes to ghosting and lying/not responding.
