Additional Information: I filled out his form twice. Once for Asos and once for Zalando. The Asos one was failed pretty quickly and my account was closed (allegedly because I already partially refunded something myself a few years ago, but so be it, I can live with that). Then the Zalando thing, hence I'm opening this report.

 

He made me wait for 3 weeks, after asking him what the status is he said one more week. After that one week I asked him again what the status is and that I'm waiting nearly one month for a fucking (partial) refund on Zalando. He then deleted the chat on TG and blocked me. I'm not going to sit on this, I filled out his form, waited a whole month, only to be cheated like this? He should either finish the refund he has already started or refund my money for the package that should originally have been refunded.

If you did not pay him, and there was no progress in the refund, what exactly are you demanding here? There is no obligation or guarantee that the refunder will get the refund, even if he had failed, he would not be liable to pay you back the amount, you need to understand refunding is not a certain thing, refunds can fail, and refunders may not have time to work on your order, you are free to return the items and try again at a later date, with a new order, or find somebody willing to get it done, but there is no liability when it comes to refunds failed / not started / closed accounts that would make refunders pay you when you have not paid a cent to them. If anything, you would be owed money back if you had paid him for the service.
