Additional Information: So from the beginning, I started refund with him on 27th of September so it's been like 50 days since then, and it is really hard to get a response from him, one time I waited even 7 days for a simple yes or no: - https://i.imgur.com/jWyq77V.png
On 6th of November he confirmed that I can legit return ordered items soon - https://i.imgur.com/Va7qx17.png
Finally, 6 days ago, on 11th of November, he replied to me that he doesn't want to delay me further and I can legit return items.
Immediately I asked him to get me a return label because 30d return date by Amazon already expired, however then he hasn't answered for 3 days and then as you can see on the screenshot below he made one response per day which didn't actually mean anything, he just probably replied to move me to replied section. - https://i.imgur.com/gwSQBSn.png
In my opinion when he said 6 days ago that he is not gonna work on my refund anymore and that I can legit return it, he should have prepared label for me immediately, as he also said he doesn't want to delay me any further. Meanwhile it's been literally 6 days since that and it doesn't seem like I will get a reply soon at all, even though as you can see on the last screenshot he probably logged to my account 2 days ago but got no update of what he did and what I should do.
That's why I am creating this scam report because I want to move on with this failed refund and don't want to wait ages for future answers.
