I have used rekk for a refund service pertaining to amazon.de I had placed an order on august 4th and had received it on august 10th. I contacted rekk 2 days after delivery on the 12th and told him i had an order and was in need of his service, he told me the procedure and after filling out, i was asked to change my email to yopmail and remove 2fa and my phone number. I followed exactly everything he said. He also confirmed the refund would take between 3-5 days.
On the 16th he contacted me stating the order was refunded and asked the payment, i told him Btc and he sent me payment request. https://hermespay.or...ef-dec7d8a03dc6. After payment he gave my account back to me and when i initially logged in, it was showing the refund as under processing, but after a couple of hours i logged back in again and this time there was no processing but nothing at all, It just showed the transaction of me placing the order. I contact him same day at night asking what was happening and why theres no refund, but i did not receive a response same day as i believe he went offline. But another hour went by and i received an email from OFM@Amazon.de stating my account was closed. I informed Rekk right away and i could not log back in.
Rekk told me to contact amazon again and ask for reinstate my account so i check if the refund had gone through or not, yet again i followed everything he said, i contact amazon and told them i need to download order invoices and stuff, they reinstated it for 3 days, throughout the 3 days, not single refund happened and i showed rekk under payments section as well.
Since then, i have relentlessly been contacting every other day asking for update and solution, he would either a) open my message and no respond, 
open message and tell me a vague answer "i will check it, please wait mate, etc" I told him idc the account closed, but since he didn't fulfill what he advertised and that was to get my refund completed, then i want my refund back! I contacted him several times and even spammed him like crazy, but no prevail! Until recent, i spammed back alot and he felt the need to tell me to "fuck off" and cleared our messages! he felt annoyed and how the fuck did i feel for the past few weeks! Refund my money!
