How do you guys deal with fed enemy top laner?

I'm trying to figure out why is it that top laners out of a sudden get huge amount of xp this patch and snowball completely out of control. It feels impossible to deal with usually a bruiser champion that is 3 levels ahead of the whole lobby.

I mostly play jungle and support (currently 300 lp master), but it feels like if you have a feeding top lane there is absolutely no way to win a game anymore.

It's like facing a raid boss when the top laner comes out of his lane 2-3 kills ahead. Maybe i just need to quit jungle for good, it's too big of a difference in resources right now.

Toplaner is usually a tank or bruiser so u need to master botlane since adc can absolutely melt toplaner even tho he s feed asf .
