all what he say is few days and its been more then 10 days and he stop replying he change my amazon account email and password , reading without sending anything my refund will pass the return time and cost me 1500$ if he cant or wont refund it just give me my account and i will let anyone els refund it or i will return the item officially

Hello

 

1. On store list Amazon.sa says aged account with order history. Your account did not have this.

 

2. All Amazon orders we change email, this is very common among refunders nowadays.

 

3. Your account email was changed back when we recently tried to sign in meaning you do still have access to the account and we do not have access to the account anymore as you also changed password.

 

4. The refund was requested within few days but then blocked by OFM department this is due to your account not being aged with order history (like the store list says to have).

 

5. After first refund request was blocked we got another refund request pushed through (we have had successful refunds previously even after OFM blocking first refund requests). We were waiting for the response from higher department on this 2nd refund request and then you have changed the email and password now? For all we know you could have got the refund now!

1- my account aged with few orders im not ganna order iphone 15 with new account 

2- you didnt tell me you will change it and u didnt put any rules in ur form that u will change it 

3- how i change the email when u already change it and i even ask u in the screenshot on telegram that how i can get the refund email when u took my access to the amazon account and u told me i will tell u 

4- you never tell me that my account got blocked by OFM u just say it after i open a scam report + how u know the account got OFM u said u dont have access to the amazon account 

5- u ignore me most of the time after u took my account and u never give me a date like i ask u how many days max i need to wait and all what u tell me is soon or few days its been really long time and u keep saying soon all what ur typing in here its new for me u never told me the account got OFM and u never told me u fail  on the first attempt do i need to open scam report to make u talk to me about my account and the refund 

at the end i want the account back before 5 November so i can return it to amazon or find new refunded that can do this  (i dont know if they still can do it after you fucked up the refund ) anyway give me the account back or do ur job before 5 November 

i try to solver the problem with u in telegram and u dont want to solve anything and u told me that no point talking to each other

You took over his account, it's your responsibility to return the account to the customer or help him get it reinstated. You can't just say he recovered it and move on.

You took over his account, it's your responsibility to return the account to the customer or help him get it reinstated. You can't just say he recovered it and move on.

With this logic, I could say the same about you. You took over his account, failed the refund, changed the credentials and now are acting like he got the refund, and recovered the account. When you choose to change the credentials and take over the account, you take responsibility for the account and being able to recover it or revert it is your responsibility. If your insider, or you change the credentials and he loses his account, that's on you.

I am the only one with access to the account i do not have insiders or workers for amazon.sa

 

I do not change the password, for him to be logged out i also would have to change the password.

 

He can still change email as he is still logged in.
