Additional Information: Provided me with a screenshot saying refund was done and asked for payment, I checked myself and saw refund was only partially done, told him this and he first tried to tell me it was done then said when I didnt pay he said he would fix it and changed my account password so I didnt have a choice but to pay. Waited 4 months now and no real updates, was told "its hard now" but can see he is still offering the service and not responding to my messages asking for my account back and a refund. His messages say he isnt going to scam over 300 but here we are...

One order was fully fixed.

 

For the other order - 4283 GBP were refunded and you were charged 40% of the 4641 GBP.

Since 358 GBP is missing from the refunded total ( 358 * 0.4 )  I am refunding you 143 GBP.

Thank you for responding - While I understand you deal with many orders, it doesn't mean you can just withhold fees paid until an official complaint is lodged, it gives the impression you had no intention of refunding them in the first place. Furthermore, if the refund was not possible, this should've been communicated to me rather than ignoring me for months on end. I've received the refund and I will await the account information. Please take my words not as an attack but as constructive criticism.

It is completely understandable, and on my part, it could have been handled much more professionally. Thanks for the criticism and I'm trying to use it to increase my service efficiency.

He told me the account is OFM'd which means it cannot be recovered, however he will provide you with the email so you can ask amazon to unban it, or have amazon temporary unlock it so that you can check the account for 48 hours. Unfortunately there isn't much more that can be done as OFM is common when refunding and cannot be fixed easily.
