Short Description Of Product/Service: I purchased an amazon.de account (Silver package) from wooloo on his store: https://wooloo.io/pr...ookies-Included. When I received the account, I placed an order, and it was processed successfully from my end. However, after a couple of hours, the email associated with the account changed to a different one, similar to the one provided by the seller. The account has been inactive since March 2023.

Additional Information: I tried to communicate with him through Telegram to recover the account, as the refund hadn't been initiated after the email changed. However, he told me to contact Amazon.de myself, and he hasn't responded or seen any of my messages since, even though he continues to post on his Telegram channel daily.
