Additional Information: Me and Supplychain agreed on 12 hour delivery on  the 30th of September. Unfortunately due to him not keeping his word and his documents for the custom name account being rejected he asked for more time which I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I expressed my doubts to the accounts risk and security if its already been rejected and since he offers no warranty I have no obligation to risk his document failures and have my account terminated my money lost and its been about a week so I assume it has had more document rejections and I have purchased an account elsewhere as I needed it in that specific time frame I have asked for a refund and have been ignored and I am no longer interested in the account as its now high risk and too late after 7 days. The item has not been delivered but I am making this before delivery so he understands I am no longer interested in the account after his false promises and rejections and me purchasing elsewhere because he failed the time frame of 12 hours multiple times.
