My first point: REKK is literally impossible to reach, i feel like if you dont do big refunds with this guy he outright just ignores you. There is no other way to reach him, its literally a miracle if he responds back with a hello, and if he does u gotta be fast and respond to his hello with your request which isnt even guaranteed to be answered. I once filed a service form just so that i could get a response from him.

Second point long story made very short: i told rekk if he were gonna start with my order today (30 dec), he said "I already did start it" he said this in december, its september now, but thats not my problem i could wait a year doesnt matter for me, REKK assured me from january till august that the refund is still ongoing. He even assured me that it could go past the return deadline "dont worry" he said. Good guy yeah?

Here comes the shocker: i asked him this month for an update he responds with "what" i got frustrated and told him if he even started the refund process in december? he responds "no mate"

Why claim that you started the refund but then after months u say "no mate"

I could have gone to so many refunders, all this time spent on literally nothing. I have the product and i cant return it.

I dont understand why he lied.
If he claims now that he really started the refund then i need proof of some sort with my name in it and some sort of response from Amazon.
