Additional Information: 

 

From this user I have purchased an invoice for $90 for my eBay MC011 restriction.

 

What I received is useless for a couple of reasons:

 

The currency is in USD, the invoice I require is for eBay UK which would be GBP.

The Supplier is Walmart, Walrmart doesn't even exist in the UK therefore I cannot use the invoice.

 

Now, the above are the two reasons that it is useless, but outside of that I specifically asked for a sample of what an invoice looks like to prevent these issues in advance and not have to complain after, which I got a very rude response for "I don't send these things...never...we are wasting time here" - not really all that relevant for the Scam Report, just thought I'd mention the customer service was a bit shit.

 

In addition, $90 for a Walmart invoice is crazy, Walmart isn't a wholesale supplier so makes no sense to be using Walmart for invoices for new electronics, but that's neither here nor there.

I tried to contact him three times to resolve, I was happy to receive a different invoice instead of what I received. However, he ignored all my messages and have not heard back from him since.

 

Like I said, I would have been happy to receive an actual proper invoice that I could use, but due to him ignoring me I had to go elsewhere and paid for an invoice from someone else, and therefore no longer need it.

 

Therefore, I would now require a refund.

Hello,

 

I have provided the service fully.  This invoice has proved to passed many times and this scam report is based on customer opinion, not the quality or the service itself.

 

Therefore I don't see what I can do more here, unless moderators see otherwise.

If he asked for a specific currency, from a specific country, it should be made to his wishes and not randomly based on your previous experience. He is paying for a custom made product. You also asked him if there are things to fix and he told you what to fix. So I'm not sure why you didn't provide what he asked for.  His request for edit of the store / currency is valid. He should be given the edited file.

From my experience it works on all ebay platforms. But if customer wishes I will edit it to his liking by changing currency.

 

Allow me to deliver by monday as its weekend approaching

For me this situation seems like this.

 

1) Customer orders invoice. There is no requirements mentioned for anything specific BEFORE the sale. But it wasn't needed because we have experience in making invoices for ebay.
2) His case with ebay was closed, now he just wants a moneyback and get the service for free.

3) The deal was about providing invoice and we did that in timely manner.

I requested the fix over a month ago, the edited file is not worth anything now as the case with eBay has been closed...

You should have created the report back when it happened, I cannot make him refund you if he is able to provide what you paid for, if you did not clarify the currency or store requirement before and you wanted something specific (like using GBP as currency, or not using walmart for the store) you should have clarified it beforehand. The solution is to get him to edit the invoice to fit your needs now. A refund is out of the question.

Understood, however I could not possibly know that Walmart would be used for the store, I assumed as an experienced seller it would be a proper electrical wholesaler as per every other experienced eBay Invoice provider that I've used over years. My mistake, in the future I won't take for granted that people who claim they know what they are doing actually don't always know what they are doing.

1. You're providing a service for eBay invoices, I assume if there's information you need to know you would ask it as opposed to just make an incorrect assumption and waste both our times, ie ask which domain it is if you don't know. The address clearly states it is UK. US invoices do not work for eBay UK, especially retail stores with incorrect prices that can easily be checked.

I would refrain from making further accusations that can easily be disproved.

 

3. The invoice was delivered in a timely manner yes, however you asked "please check for any errors"...your response to that was certainly not timely. 5 weeks and counting.

 

 

Moving forward, I will accept an invoice in GBP that is with a UK supplier that will actually pass an MC011, and would be willing to provide information as to the type of companies that would work.
