shoppy.gg scam?

Hi I got here from google and saw that you often discuss in this section shoppy.
My client paid me ltc, i got 100 confirmations but status in "not paid". According to reviews on the internet, shoppy.gg scam project? I had no problems with them before but now they stole my money?

I emailed and made a ticket. It doesn't give any results(

I understand, but without support I won't get my money back and it will just stay in their wallet. Isn't that a scam?

I made a test payment to myself 0.1 ltc and it went through.
Seems like there was a bug with my last payment, which happens a lot on shoppy (judging by the info I found on google) but their support doesn't respond and they steal your money

Do you have any estimation on when this is going to be fixed? I've also paid through LTC, and still haven't received what I've paid for.

 

Are all orders that were paid with LTC, will be automatically completed once this issue is handled?

Payment went through but they still haven't sent the ltc to my wallet :/

They changed the status to "paid" but still holding my money on LTC. Exit scam? Customer received the goods, but there is no output transaction from their wallet to mine.

You say it's solved, but it's solved literally for the buyers. They're holding the sellers' money and not sending it

Do you happen to have any information or have their administrators said anything about this?

They don't read their email.
