I have been refunding Rekk's customers since June 7, 2023. For both Amazon UK & CA domains. On August 1st, I ask Rekk to pay me the rest of the money he owes me. Which in this case equates to £1,306. Since then, I have continued to ask him to pay. After asking him for payment several times, he started not opening the chat and ignore. At the end, he told me that he had been scammed by 4 of his clients. He told me he would take the L, paying me the costs out of his own pocket. Almost a month later, he still hasn't paid. On September 11, he ends up telling me that he would not pay me and that he had changed his mind.
From that day on, I sent a message to Lucas providing him with all the evidence, including screenshots of the conversation between me and Rekk. Lucas told Rekk he has to pay me because there was never an agreement on no payment if Rekk gets scammed. Even though Lucas told him that, Rekk still refuses to pay me. Pretending he has no money, that he's broke.
Rekk is a scammer.

This note is intended to REFUNDERS that are familiar with Amazon Refunds:
Rekk told me he takes payments from customers once the refund is completed. Which no one of us does that. Payment is made once processing, i.e. as soon as it is green.
