Additional Information: Bought amazon store card from this user later found out that the card i have used is not working when making a purchase which led to my account being banned even i had followed all instructions from the seller which are seen in chat messages. he had sent the replacement card after the first got burnt, i followed insctrucions once again and guess what the aged account got banned and selller is not responding to my messages and has blocked me. full chat is going to be sent to @Lucas

I don't block for no reason I guess you wanted to make trouble, that's why I blocked. I don't give refund if they approve and accept everything and misuse the product. If it doesn't work, I'll replace it, but it won't be refunded, I'm telling everyone at first and u accept it like other buyers! If it doesn't work in repeated attempts, I'm returning it myself.

if it does not work? two times in a row it hasnt worked and you say otherwise that its my problem but its not i have to say over and over again. i used the card WITH the guide you provided and i failed with your card and with your guide that is why this scam report is opened

You are free to replace and guide your customer on how to use it, but if it fails or does not work he should be refunded.
