Explanation of your interaction (brief):

 

One week ago this guy @israinsols sent a message on my thread ( https://www.nulled.t...html-to-jpgpng/ ) and told me that can do this. I talked with him on telegram and his price was $200. I had no problem with this, also made a group with him and @Lucas as middleman. After one week he told me that has no idea about my project ) As result I sent him a -2 REP. As revenge he also sent me -2 REP and this is unfair because I didn't do anything wrong in this transaction. I don't want to change my REP to this guy because this is the truth about this guy, is a time waster. 

 

Maybe a warning for this guy will be perfect, next time to not waste people time for nothing.

This is not for a one week, It's few days only, I was busy on my pending project that's why couldn't get started with mm group. And I initially I thought it's just a scam page of html inline css which I can do easily. But after further discussion and details, It's a exploit that is bit new to me, so I apologize to get this started. and he immediately negative repped me. and in reply, i repped him as well. he deleted me on telegram with clear history. So I am on my point as well.
