Apple iPhone refund method [NEED ADVICE]

HI guys,

 

I never really asked for advice for refund method but it's my first time with Apple and I just got my phone stolen at Rolling Loud Miami few week ago so I need a new one. Just got mine few days ago and was wondering if any of these method like DNA or EB was still working with Apple for an iPhone. I really don't want to fuck this up and I got my phone with no signature only a picture of the guy with the package in is car (we can see a car from my house in the pic). Since it's not signed I was about use DNA but in the past I heard that Apple was really tough. I've been sharing methods in the past so I hope anyone with experience with apple can give me some advice. Im from Canada btw.
