He replaced with a chime account which I used to sell for 49.99$ which mean he gave the customer an account worth 140$ less.
Not only is the customer losing thru this but so am I as I paid more than what a chime account sells for.

So why was there no response on this when he said ''I'll send you a chime acc''?
Also, the customer accepted this chime account as replacement. Rather than telling me what you think, tell the customer to contact me. You are making a report on behalf of somebody that isn't here and that person is happy with the resolution.
