Additional Information: i ordered both disney+ and amazon prime video upgrade ... contacted him and he told me that it takes 24 ot 48 hours as u see

you can also see that he takes ages to respond every single time ... after more than 3 days he still could not deliver so i refunded my clients and told him to refund me

Okay, Sorry for the late response on the scam report.
 

Long story short:
 

But yes, The upgrade always says ON YOUR ACCOUNT. The user denied providing me with an account on Amazon.com (He told me to create one). Lol, it requires an OTP or number, and we're account upgraders, not creators. Still, we gave him the upgraded account and told him to login from a fresh IP for the first time, and he locked the account out. Maybe using some cheap IP.

 

For Disney+, the account he gave was incorrect (https://imgur.com/a/k4Fi2gn). How am I supposed to upgrade? Later, he told me to create on my own and upgrade for him.

 

Also in the TOS of FatUpgrades, It's clearly written "It can also take up to 96 hours!". (Can be found on our official Telegram channel's BIO)

I don't think the scam reports makes sense, W'e're not gonna close our service for 24$ lol.

he never told me to provide an existing amazon account and my client is from the united states so this story of cheap ip has nothing to do with it cause he s using his google chromecast

and about disney i can send u the account in private and u can check that it actually works fine.. i could login and the customer could login only he couldnt which is very weird cause the acc worked just fine and i sent screenshot but this wasnt the major issue cause the major issue is that his responses are so late if you checked the screenshots i sent and he promised he would deliver in max 2 days so after that i had to refund both my clients so i also want a refund cause i did not get what i ordered

as for disney, if no account was delivered, you can ask for a refund. @IKreeper if you have not delivered yet, he should receive a refund. 

Let me be very clear here: I'm not a magician. He provided me with Disney credentials, but the credentials were invalid. How am I supposed to Upgrade that account? He's still not providing me anything; how am I supposed to upgrade? It's as simple as that. Provide me with an account to upgrade, and I'll do it. I'm not going refund until I fail to upgrade!

I said above that you had to refund, you chose to upgrade it anyway, if he has no use for it now because he refunded his customer, you will have to refund him either way. Not sure why you thought my decision was a question but it was not.

as Lucas said we re gonna do a refund for disney cause i refunded the customer but for amazon gonna wait for the client to connect to send him the details to test
