So, let's say I have a Robinhood Crypto account with a card on it (where I spend money using the balance). What happens if I dispute something and they find out it was me? Do they hunt me down or what happens. Real answers only please.

Depending on the amount they may rebill you and if you have your real information there then they may get law enforcement involved.
