I bought a verified bunq account from the user stealth experts who has a verified shop on the forum.
Purchase made via paypal at the end of May, he delivered the account to me on the night of the 27th. I check it on the 30th and the identifiers are no good and I can't connect.
He tells me he has to work with his "worker" to resolve the situation and since May 30 I've been waiting for the account.
He keeps pushing the deadline and I find myself obliged to open this thread.

He also says he has a 48-hour guarantee, but I'm not in the same time slot as him, so it's been complicated for me.

We ask customers to check accounts within 48 hours max. Before delivering account I logged in and the pin details were working fully.

 

Also customer got access to email, phone, which also proves that account was existent.

 

Account delivered 26th may, on 30th may customer told us pin does not work.

 

I was trying to recover account for him, and never ghosted him.

 

Today before even seeing the report I sent him new account.

 

I believe its fair for both sides for customer to accept the replacement. Technically he informed me after the warranty term, so I had my right to decline to replace him.
