0.)Asked and paid for for UPS Instant Delivered Scan

1.) Told label was USPS.

2.) I explained the USPS rtn servuce was simply the drop of service that hands to ups ( I assumed he understood this that a USPS scan is irrelevant and all it is is proof I dropped it off at a UPS which would require now two deliveries scans instead of one, one to USPS then to UPS)

3.) He does a scan on USPS tracking anyways (the side which shows it was handed to UPS, but not marked as delivered).... (again this is after I asked for a scan on the UPS side, and TOLD HIM it's just a drop off service which is why it says USPS on the label, but a UPS scan will work)

 

4.) The problem is I got the USPS scanned as dropped off which means I have a UPS tracking # showing LIT which has now ruined the insta refund process. Not only that, but I didn't get what service I paid for, not UPS and not LIT, and it ruined my refund.

 

He even admits its LIT but doesn't offer any discount or even an apology for misunderstanding.

@Armani if he requested delivery scan, shouldn't it show as delivered and not on the way? those are 2 different types of scans.

The annoying thing is I asked for a same day scan which he said he could do, I needed this as the store I was hitting was patching their instant method on the 30th of last month, something I told him. So now I have to SE, seems unfair if he can do a scan now like 2 weeks later and it still be considered a same day scan as he said in his first messages on telegram.

it is, I sent you a DM with the transcript and the tracking number so you can look yourself.

That package delivery he showed isn’t even where I told him either.

Please double check as I’m 100% sure this is the tracking number. I’ve copied and pasted it from my chat with him to ensure I’m not mistaken.

It’s a USPS tracking number because it utilizes USPS return service but is shipped and scanned by UPS. The tracking he shows isn’t a usps return service tracking
