Additional Information: Seller just didn't give a shit after the purchase. He offers a lifetime guarantee and you can't get him to replace the account. Initially he offered me a shared account because as he wrote "he doesn't have private accounts in stock right now" - it was on 20 May. After 3 days he gave me a shared account that didn't even work. The next day (24 May) I got another shared account, which again worked for a few days and got banned. The conversation ended with the attached picture. He didn't reply again

Seller wrote to tell me that he could give me an alternative to gpt chat and added that the return could not be done as it was against his TOS.
 

However, let's see his TOS closer. This is one of his subsections - "Each upgrade comes with a lifetime guarantee and a 6-month warranty. In the rare event that a purchased service is corrected within 6 months, we will offer a partial refund. months, we will offer a partial refund. Please note that the refund process is as follows: if less than 1 month has passed, we will provide a 100% refund in cryptocurrencies."My account ran exactly from 28 April to 16 May (18 days). Then it got banned and I asked for a replacement.

He said he didn't have it in stock now (I thought it would take a few days max) and could offer a shared account in the meantime.

To my surprise, days passed and the vendor did not deliver a new account - this is still the case to this day.
 

How can you bump a service that doesn't work and blatantly mislead someone. I purchased a Chat GPT+ personal account and this is what I want to get. If you no longer have the ability to do this then just refund my money.

If you are unable to replace the account with the same type of account he bought, he should receive a refund of the full amount - 1/12 for each month used. If he used it for 1 month, then you deduct 1/12 of the payment and send him 11/12. And so on and so forth.

Seller has written to me that the maximum he can do is refund $50 and rest as store credit (despite me telling him for probably the 5th time that I don't want any alternatives). 

From my calculations, which are already in his favour anyway, 1 month of a working account is a cost of $5.33 out of 64 (the account ran for exactly 18 days). 
Which would give 58.67 of the amount to be recovered. If the seller wants to come to an agreement I can agree to a $58 refund. (Another helping hand for the seller).
 

If not then I would like to know what Lucas' view on this is.

One more thing I don't understand is why someone is running a service that he can't deliver from 16 May to the present day. Despite the fact that he cannot deliver what he is selling he continues to bump up his thread as if everything is working properly

Just wanna say if you wanted a refund you should've said it when i told you that chatgpt is failing to process payment and shared accs will be provided for a while until private gpt is back. But you continued on shared acc and after a month you are asking for refund. Still I gave you better alternatives but if you just want your money back, np.
