Short Description Of Product/Service: last january he attempted to refund my amazon order using TBA Scan, as per our terms, he promised to refund 50% in case of refund failure, Turns out the refund service has failed but I never got my 50% back, up until to this date he still promise to send me my money back amounting to 150$ but I still havent received it.
