Additional Information: I asked which carrier was the best for what I was looking for and he said USPS so i bought a label from USPS, then I sent the payment and the label to him and the tracking, addresses, etc...

He did the "Lit" few hours later (which seems FTID and not LIT since the tracking is still moving and getting updates like arrived to this or that facility), later he said that he cannot do delivery because it will require signature, thing that at the beginning he even said he could do custom signature. He takes ages to reply and leaves me on seen for hours. He first said he was going to refund $120 even tho I paid him $160, then I send my cashapp and he asked for btc wallet. He refunded $98 and claims that he will only pay that since he did "lit". Lit is useless for me, I needed the bundle.

After checking with my support, it was found that @heavenlyblue did not request a custom signature, when discussing LIT + delivery with my support team.

 

The trouble arose due to a faulty label provided by him, which had a signature requirement that he didn't inform us about.

 

This led to our inability to scan the package for delivery. 

Despite this, we proceeded with the LIT on his label, effectively a free scan and even refunded him after his claim. I would like to point out that the accusation by @heavenlyblue in the report is false.

Please make reports clear next time or contact me before falsely posting reports like this.
