Are these upgrades through "Teams" or are they actually upgraded legit for a year, won't expire or get terminated?

Nope, posted multiple threads and ON multiple threads. Ended up finding a 1 month stackable code seller for 3 months (max stackable). Was more worth it for stable service, cuz I can't find a proper upgrader!
