I got the account and it was verified, but the Wise account cannot open any accounts or order a card, which pretty much renders the account useless. Does not wanna refund me

@GoldenAccount if the account has restrictions or some things cannot be performed and it was not mentioned that it would happen, he should receive a replacement with fully working condition. If there are specific limitations within the account they should be noted in the listing.

Nevermind, I ask the customer to contact me personally, Maybe he wants something else rather than this product and refund on the rest of the funds?

If the customer is eager to do that, I would be more than happy to replace him with an alternative product he might be looking at. Customer, Do let me know And I am sorry for being inactive

He just told me you are unable to return the account to him because you added a number to the account and it expired. This is your responsibility. You should not have added a number that could expire / you should have extended the time of the number until this was resolved. 
I can't make him refund you or replace you if the account cannot be returned to him.

You can reopen this report if you manage to recover the account or number (most apps that rent numbers are able to retrieve the number that expired, if you contact them within a few days from the expiration)
