Additional Information:

It's been over 19 days of patient waiting for his highness to return to Discord and be available to fix the accounts.

I'm aware his Warranty is "Lifetime: until Service lasts" which means, if we purchase an account today and tomorrow the account dies, you cannot claim a refund or atleast some help.

I have been a long standing Customer buying from him since Jan-2022 with over 155+ Upgrades till date, but since some are more than a year old, I did not even contact him for a fix when they ran out of Subscription.

 

But I have bought over 30+ accounts from him since Jan'2023 (with only 5 months passed) and as of now, 5 accounts are dead and need fixing. I just request some kind of compensation for atleast recently purchased accounts, which have booted out. Else, this would be a huge loss for me and my clients!

Didn't he explicitly state that he doesn't use Discord anymore and he moved to Telegram? Or did he have Discord beforehand?

Also, good luck with dealing with @Castiel , first time I heard of a moderator "scamming" but we'll see.

Just to chip in here, he did indeed move over to telegram however he had issues with the bot and that's the only way of reaching him... I have tried re-open tickets with his telegram bot but haven't been able to get a response.. this been going on for a while, latest try was since may 8 (And yes I've re-opened ticket and tried to reach him but no success in getting a response)

Usually he gets back even after the breaks from the service but I do indeed hate when you have to wait so long.
As he's a moderator I believe someone should be able to reach him if this goes on any longer.

He did move over to Telegram, but his Discord server is also still running. In fact, it states the server is only for resellers and has only 2 Buyers / Resellers in it!

His Upgrades were done manually (at least for me, as I have never tried / given access to the bot) in the server.

 

Being his long standing Customer, I remember his Nto account has been banned at least once before.

But his old account always gets restored back to him somehow and there's a new Sale thread with tons of Vouches backing up his 'new' service once he gets back! 

This has always been the case here and this is how it goes. No surprises.
