[For Shoppy Sellers] Important!, BTC automatically payout bugged or something.

i don't know its only happening with me or for other seller also facing this issue? , when any buyer pay using btc , shoppy not sending payment to my wallet, when i check blockchain transaction its keep moving like loading , its more than 6 days but its saw 0/6 confirmation , at the end its fall down and i never got those btc payments , i thought there was problem in my btc address so , i added different wallet btc addy , but still its same issue. does anyone else also facing this same problem? i tried to contact shoppy support but no response . or its just bug or something? or its just having problem in my btc address. i use exodus and binance wallet.

I am experiencing the same issue, there was a purchase with btc 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't gone through. Probably due to crowded bitcoin network / lot of transactions  mate.

Same with me.. Payout Transaction was pending for a week. and now there is no blockchain transaction details.
