ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Fast Communication ; I will always provide you an update on where the package is and what I'm doing
- Transparency ; I will be sending videos, photos, drop receipt, and any other picture you want me to send you
- Shipping ; Once I collect your package at the drop address it is your responsibility to provide me with the label, I ship same day until 7 PM Eastern, which is the unfortunate time companies like Fedex, USPS, and UPS stores close
**I WILL NOT BE DROPPING OFF ANY PACKAGES AT ACCESS POINTS**
To ensure Transparency and stay true to my Shipping rule, I will always drop packages off at their respected store (Fedex, USPS, and UPS) and will always send you a drop receipt.
- Trust ; No Matter how many vouches I may have, this business is dependent on trust between my clients and I. I myself will sometimes pick up your packages to ensure that we build trust and KEEP your trust as valued clients. I want to see you make profit and will never hinder your success. Your packages are your business and I will never look inside (Unless you need me to send you pictures)
- Errors ; Mistakes happen. When I make a mistake, I will always make up for it and give you new addresses. Stolen packages can happen but we will diminish this as we will always be by the drop address at the time of delivery. We will always prioritize your package to be in our hands and will go to extreme lengths to make it so. Also, I am not responsible for any errors on the shipping label you give us, on a failed SE, or the company sent you the wrong item.
