Additional Information : Bought the account and tried using it,guy stopped answering after we told him account got tempo-locked,first we used original IP then we tried using VPN,nothing would work out,even sent to my friend in Germany to test it out,the account is locked out.

Hello there , as I explained you using VPN on Amazon is HUGE HUGE NO . Therefore I don't see where this is my problem, regardless let's see what Lucas thinks about it.

 

Edit: I re-read your scam report and you saying you used more than 3 (not even 1) IPs , its more than normal for the account to get locked if you are using it like that.

Did you give him any safety guide before or during the sale, where he would be able to follow instructions to avoid locks? if not, a replacement with instructions to avoid the lock is fair. If you don't give a guide or a brief explanation of your guarantees, safety of the account or anything other than that, you should start. If VPN is a  big NO, then this is something you can tell your customers to avoid.
