1. 2 orders successfully refunded beg of xx
2. Sent refund fee of 0.06936675 BTC to rekk on March 3rd
3. Samsung re-billed both end of xx
4. rekk asked to open chargeback dispute. Which I did around the beg of xx and bank credited the amount temporarily back
5. As expected the dispute was unsuccessful, Samsung provided compelling evidence and the bank charged me back again.
6. rekk tried to contact Samsung this Monday to fix it 'manually', but that was unsuccessful as well.
Requesting back refund fee so I can pay back credit charged from my credit card. Enough options were given to fix it already.
