NaturalVision Evolved (NVE) is a work-in-progress visual overhaul mod that is currently in the early access stage. Numerous changes were made to the environmental weathers, lighting system, ambient colors, tone mapping, world textures, building models, props, vegetation and much more in order to blur the line between fantasy and reality.
The goal was to try and make GTAV look visually similar to Southern California in real life. In order to achieve this, research on the Los Angeles (Los Santos) and Salton Sea (Sandy Shores) regions was conducted using hundreds of photos and hours upon hours of video footage. All of this was necessary in an attempt to produce the most realistic visual experience currently possible with GTAV's limited game engine.
There are plenty of optional add-ons included with NVE, such as a roads overhaul pack, custom vehicles, motion blur enhancer, LSPDFR related enhancements, seasonal content packs and much more. This gives users the ability to customize the game to their liking.
Additionally, this mod supports the FiveM, RAGEMP and altV multiplayer clients.

Added an option to toggle Volumetric Clouds in Extrasunny weather within the ReShade NVE Clouds menu. The NVE.asi plugin was updated to reflect this change

Fully reworked night lighting in order to make the world feel more alive by editing each individual light prop. Increased brightness intensity for street lights, traffic lights, vehicle headlights and much more
Improved tail light color and glow intensities on various vehicles. Additionally increased tail light intensity for all vehicles
Added dynamic headlight shadows for Single Player and FiveM. These can be toggled on or off through the Graphics tab witin the ReShade UI menu. Requires NVE.asi to work
Improved motion blur quality by increasing samples from 16 to 180. Various motion blur related settings can be adjusted through the Graphics tab within the ReShade UI menu. Requires NVE.asi to work. Additionally removed the "Enhanced Motion Blur" add-on as it's no longer required
