but apparently, this user disagrees with the rules and prefer to abuse others after failing his job.

 

Quoting rule 20 of the forum rules:
"Giving continuously unjustified reputation/likes, as a favor or because you dislike a user for example,

will be considered reputation-abuse and leads in a permanent ban without a warning."

so I expect no other result than that.

 

He wasted my time and money while dealing with him, and now twice over this reputation stuff.

Do the forum a favor and ban his useless ass.
