is it possible for a malware breaching the firewall rule without getting administrator access in Win 10 / Win 11. Using cracked / suspicious / malicious software programs offline will it help preventing spreading infection and getting hacked / data stealing ? suppose after downloading a pdf from the internet can I get hacked if I block adobe pdf reader and the pdf file both accessing internet . will it possible for the malicious pdf to drop malware / steal data / change firewall setting / encrypt my data like ransomware .
what are the advantages of blocking a suspicious program from accessing the internet and using in offline mode. is it helpful preventing data stealing

Just being offline won't protect you from malware unless you plan to keep wherever you are running it offline forever. Most malware can survive reboots and other things that will wait for your network connection to come back, then send off your data. You are better off just running the software in a VM.
