1. Download the archive :
2. Unpack & Open the path : "game\csgo\bin\win64"
3. Paste this file there : or
4. Open Steam & Run the file from the "bin/win64" folder with the name "cs2.exe"!

There is no way in hell that my toaster of a laptop will ever be able to run CS2, let alone anything on the Source 2 engine.
