Scam report against Pithos

So I open again a scam report , and this time im gonna share the full conversation screenshot

Pithos is a scam, thats a fact.


Long story short (with all the screenshot)
 

First of all, this guy is a mythomaniac. If necessary, I will go and collect ALL complaints about order processing times.

2nd, and in my case, I told him that if he didn't provide a deposit receipt I wouldn't want to go through him. He told me that he would obviously provide some.

After having lied several times about why every day my parcel was not deposited, he ended up refunding me and telling me that my parcel was still going to be deposited. And guess what? He never deposited it but provided me with a false proof of deposit made on computer.

BTW, this bullshitter never dropped the package, I joined a screen of what postnl say when I try to track it


So Now, I have 2 question : 
- Where is the fake drop off receipt from ? Because clearly nothing was dropped

- Show me any proof of drop like the pithos sent

- Why to hide drop off point when this receipt will have to be transmit to the company for refund

PS : admin I sent you the tracking number then you can verify that he is obviously lying about the drop he "did"

You were refunded for the drop, he claims he did it, but if he didn't, then you are free to leave a -rep or -vouch on his profile. This is not a scam. He didn't defraud you of money. He didn't keep money that was yours. He did not provide the service and refunded you accordingly. I read your entire report that you made before, and this entire report you posted now. If he hadn't refunded you when you asked for it, the report would have been valid. Him not doing the service speaks of his service in 1 transaction (with you) I can't assume all customers are having the exact same problem with him or else we would see way more reports than just yours. If we do, we will deal with it accordingly, again, when it's a valid report. In your case, this report is invalid, just like the other one was, because he has refunded you the money and the additional offer of dropping it for free is not binding for him like a contract with a payment involved.
