Additional Information:

My account got banned after the refund but he said he would reopen it and fix the last product refund. I never got the products and I am missing a refund for one of the items in the order that he said he would be able to still refund. I paid the full amount for the refund for all the items including the one that was never refunded + shipping label.

 

I have still not received any refund from Rekk.

 

The refund was made 30th Jan and the payment was made the same day.

I got tracking for the shipment 1st Feb.

 

The products cost €5753 and the missing refund is €1575.

So the situation as it stands now, @rekk will continue trying to get the funds remaining refunded. Can't guarantee they will be refunded. If they can't, he will be liable to provide credit for a new refund (with normal terms or using a proper label that won't get seized) for the value of the remaining amount that could not be refunded. This, so you are at a neutral point (no profit, no loss)

 

Communicate with rekk, so he lets you know whether he will continue attempting the refund, or give you credit for that amount. 

 

As for the items lost in transit, they are lost, no investigation can retrieve them because the label used is fraudulent. I recommend using your own label in the future, when shipping products within europe, to avoid having packages seized in transit. Shipping within europe is cheap as fuck in comparison with the risk of losing all the items in the package when using a cheap fraudulent label.
