Additional Information: I deposited 30$ to get a label after confirming from them and requested for a DHL ww label. They always keep saying that they will get back to me and they have a created ticket. Later they asked me to get a Fedex worldwide label and they will refund what I paid for the DHL label. I have been waiting patiently for the label and then for the refund. But they have left me no choice but to create this report now. I also need some extra compensation for the costs I have incurred due to their unreliable service because I only ordered a label after confirming from them if they would deliver and they did not.
