All the plugins (other than Elementor Pro) should be able to update from the WP plugin menu if their version is not the latest one. 

 

Elementor Pro 3.11.3 :

Requires you download the free version from WP plugins first. PRO templates may not be available due to their new account-connection crapola, but the page builder widgets etc should work.
