Amount scammed: No amount sent to Rekk personally. Paid Amazon and waiting for Rekk to do the job, possible 2200€ lost.

Additional Information: Takes weeks for a single answer from Rekk, he is online constantly but is ignoring messages and not doing his job few months have passed and I feel like it's to late to do a refund which means 2200€ lost.

It's months passed due for return. I will attempt to send it back and we'll see if it works or not. It's quite sad to see Rekk not working anymore, I've been ordering from him for years now this latest year or so he doesn't seem to care anymore about his work. Wether it's some personal problem he got or not is there not a way to limit the amount of order he is accepts because he doesn't seem to handle the amounts he is getting which means losses for many customers.

As long as you have the return label and it's active, and not disabled or removed, the return is going through without any issues.

I contacted Amazon, they said they do not allow return and that months have passed.

I do have the return label since it was never sent by Rekk for months. Amazon told me if it where to be sent back they would not refund.

Could you show rekk that? If so, he would have to compensate you with credits towards a new refund for 50% of the value of the current refund to make up for the damages of selling the items at a loss. Or he can help you find a way to return it.

I understand that Amazon will say so, because they follow the policy, but I know from practice that after the return period, Amazon still processes the return if returned.

 

At worst, they send the item back to the sender, but this is very rare.

He claims you can send the return, and in worst case scenario, they return it to you. Do this, keep @rekk updated along the process and if they return it to you, he will be liable to provide the free refund or credit to make up for the damages.
