As far as I understand this situation - during the refund, the customer's Amazon account was closed. It can happen and such things out of refunder control.

 

The client asks that I compensate him for his AUDIBLE books, which he had to buy with his own money, but even after account closure, Amazon clearly states in its email that digital content will be still accessible.

He should be given a compensation (not $ wise, but in terms of a free refund to make up for the potential damages)

 

Since he will be unable to return the items or use amazon in the future.

 

A refund from an alternative website, for free, of the same value the original refund was going to be for. 

 

Once you confirm that you acknowledge this, the report will be closed and you can deal about it on your own.
