Explanation of your interaction (brief): 

 

- Joined his Discord server to open a ticket to purchase a product. (No conversation was made. No interaction)

- Found out next day that I was banned from his server.

- I left a negative rep on his profile for this action. He replied to this with "because it is necessary to behave adequately"

Note: No interaction was made with this person as I stated.

- He then left this negative rep with basically the same thing. "behaves inappropriately"

Hello, so he kept silent for 4 hours in a ticket and did not close it, my other colleague gave him a ban or kicked him because he kept quiet, what kind of inadequate man, and for this to give -rep? when you can write to pm and solve the problem, I do not know who he even in discord! if he wants him to unban let him say the name discord at least, I have a day by 50 people logs.

I'm assuming your window for replying is only 4 hours? Since you don't even know what my Discord is, you don't even know which member you banned.

I'm sure you're aware of what a timezone is? I don't know what timezone you're in but that's exactly what a ticket is for, to make you aware of me and what I want/need so you can reply to it at your earliest convenience regardless of time. Then I can do the same.

Second of all, you have a disclaimer of this somewhere? That we have to reply within a certain timeframe? No, you don't. So don't expect people to know what your rules are.

Third, who bans people for a first time offense of an arbitrary rule that only you and your colleagues know? It's a ticket, it served its purpose. You would ban people for using a system the way it was made for? Again, it is YOUR business so you can do what you want but the least you can do is make people aware.

My negative rep is appropriate for how you conduct your business. My negative rep from you retaliating cause I hurt your feelings isn't justified.
