LTC transaction usually take up to 12h to be processed, after that you have to message Jocker
with your shoppy order-id (you can find it on your email used while processing the payment).

@DutchBoxing the transaction you sent is missing funds. The required amount was 3.42349292 and the total received is 3.19659556.
You can send the rest (0.22689736) to the same address, it will get processed automatically.
