StockX Refund Help

Hello!
I am trying to refund StockX. I told them that I received the package and it came with an empty box.
They asked me to fill up this form:
Check out via StockX https://d2hlo835aj7u...vit_English.pdf
Will they start an investigation? Will they question my shipping carrier about it? Thank you!

Do you just sign everything fake for this one? Like the exact name and shit you first ordered the things to?

they will probably check the package weight and see before delivery it was full. And after delivery it was empty (as you say)

The only actor that can have caused this is your friend or you. Im not sure he will get in trouble anyway for that. But you should have picked an other reason I think.
