Got the LIT out, around two days turn around time with the weekend but was quick. Vendor tries to respond when he can and for that is appreciated. 

 

Will be trying weighed FTID next, with higher value item so will vouch on that one next.

@EnzoFTID Issue with 2 labels parcel being delayed, UPS asking to confirm address, then package being sent to another state.

 

NEED update on this asap as it's halting operation.

EB delivered to actual address. FTID failed.
Awaiting update from Enzo.

 

Edit:
Was UPS label.
Other than the failed FTID, his service is great. Quick responses and dropped the package same day.

Edit2:
Enzo assures me the FTID was successful and EB claim is a bluff from vendor. 
Will keep him posted once the case has been investigated by vendor.

Seems to be quite helpful in resolving this.

 

Update:
Got confirmation from vendor, so FTID successful.
However they still opened an investigation with courier regarding their EB claim.
