Explanation (screenshots show important part of conversation, and proof method works (have more if needed):
On 11/28 I began completing Apple orders (USA/EU) for rekk at a rate of 12.5% for replacements and 15%. I made it clear from the start EU customers will receive labels by mail, and they must be shipped as it is on scan replacements.
We completed a lot of orders for Rekk, and he began to say no refunds came in. So, I began contacting a few customers (he left their telegram info on the sheet for some).
They said they got refunds, after Rekk denied anyone getting a refund. Rekk paid me for those orders after I provided proof they got their money back.
In my proof I have provided proof of Rekk agreeing to the rate, saying no customers got refunds, me talking to customers, still saying no refunds hit.
In total, Rekk has not paid for ~25 USA orders refunded, and ~37 EU orders where labels were sent and he never said if they were sent or not (as replacement is on scan). This is worth well north of $15k and he hasnt paid. Only paid for very few orders that I confirmed were refunded.
Some EU replacements are sent before label is scanned in, and none were paid for this too. Can't check EU order IDs after we begin as it gives an error when the process is started. Therefore, I cant check myself.
Rekk eventually said he never sent labels and customers were returning, after saying they were sent/being sent and stalling for a week. I would like an admin to review this to see how Rekk lied/hid money.
